2008 Conference Exhibitor Form

Directions for Completing the Conference Exhibitor Form

1.      Complete the exhibitor information sheet.  If you are presently unsure of who will be attending the conference, you can advise Linda Russell of that information later.

2.      Determine your option choice.

  • Corporate Patron and Sponsor (options 1 – 2) are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  However, companies that sponsored an event last year have the option of their first choice for the same activity this year.
  • Because more then one company might request the same options of 1 – 2, be sure to provide second and third choices

3.  Certain options provide a premier booth.  Premier booths will be assigned to take the best advantage of the exhibitor based on the layout of the hall.  Because there are a limited number of premier booths, they are on a first come first-serve basis.  Please note if you will need more than one booth.

4.      Complete the payment page (page D) of this packet.

Note the following:

Program Advertisements must be sent electronically to Linda Russell at Linda.russell@minneapolis.edu.
