This track is intended for program coordinators who train/supervise college/university peer educator programs. This includes individuals who oversee the development and implementation of peer educator initiatives such as peer mentors, peer academic coaches, SI leaders, classroom leaders, FYE student facilitators, TRiO, etc.  Specifically, this track is designed for individuals who are new to supervising peer educator programs and/or individuals who are developing new initiatives. The Institute will provide an opportunity to explore foundational principles of peer educator programming and strategies for successful implementation. This track is NOT intended for individuals who oversee tutoring programs.
