Action Plan

Strategy: Increase engagement between leaders and members 

Action Item:

Identify opportunities for members to connect with CRLA leaders and implement schedule of events

Measures and Assessment:

Joint sessions with Past Officer Council, Open Board of Director meetings two times a year, virtual meet and greets with members and leaders, host leadership information sessions, conference sneak peek.

Point People: Past-President, President, Professional Development Committee, and Conference Committee

Examine informational materials and their efficacy

Measures and Assessment:

Identify informational materials, determine metrics to assess efficacy and make revisions or additions to current materials.

Action Item:

Optimize communication tools to make opportunities more apparent at the conference

Measures and Assessment:

Utilize conference app to provide engagement opportunities before, during and after the conference, consult with PR team for marketing opportunities before the conference, provide opportunity to explore Strategic Plan progress during the conference.

Examine charge of the membership committee and make appropriate revisions before the conference, provide opportunity to explore Strategic Plan progress during the conference.

Evaluate the expansion of the Membership Committee to include SIG and SRC representation or new members
